It’s interesting to me that Nas isn’t on a lot of people’s shit. It’s interesting to me that Eminem isn’t on a lot of people’s shit.
I don’t know! There’s one of two reasons to me why the same people appear on every song: one reason is either they’re just the hottest dudes, and the other reason is. Is that why the same six rappers are on every single song? It’s become popular in hip-hop to say “no new friends” – Drake, DJ Khaled, now others. Instead, we talk about how a man of his size fits into YMCMB, and whether or not pineapple pizza fits in his stomach. He’s here, at Premier Studios in Midtown, to talk about his new single “Twerk It” – produced by Pharrell, rapped in patois, and expected to tear clubs up this summer. A tub of whey protein takes up a good deal of space in the studio where he’s set up, as does his diamond-encrusted globe of a pinkie ring, which looks like it could break a windshield. As in the original, the destruction extends only to the landscape pedestrians always jump out of the way as you barrel down on them.Busta Rhymes is enormous in person, a Michelin Man made of muscles and neck.

Much of the scenery is destructible - you can knock down signs, scatter change from parking meters, and crash through glass windows in buildings. The one really glaring problem I found was the fact that in London the stop signs and traffic lights were often placed on the right hand side of the road, rather than on the left where they belong.

Some artistic license has been used to make everything fit, but overall you'll be impressed. You can even race in London's subway system, just keep an eye out for oncoming trains. The heart of both cities has been rendered with impressive detail - famous landmarks such as San Francisco's Lombard Street, Golden Gate Bridge, and Fisherman's Wharf or London's Tower Bridge, Trafalgar Square and Buckingham Palace are all there, just waiting for you to careen around at top speed. Midtown Madness 2 offers just that, along with the foggy alleyways of London. One of the first things I said wanted when I started playing the original Midtown Madness was a chance to drive around San Francisco.
There are plenty of cars for you to drive and these all look cool as well. The game is nice and bright and while there is not exactly a ton of tiny details, I feel that the game holds up pretty well and its take on London and San Francisco is a fun one. Nice And BrightĪnother thing that I was pleasantly surprised about in Midtown Madness 2 was the visuals.
It is pretty stacked with content, especially considering this is a game that is 20 years old. There is also a checkpoint mode where the last racer to cross the checkpoint is eliminated.

There are some other fun modes as well such as Blitz Mode which is kind of like a time trial mode where you have to hit all the areas before the time runs out. Both have plenty of missions/drills for you to do and they are both different enough that you will want to do them all. London has a cab driving school and San Francisco has a stunt driving one. The main mode I want to talk about in Midtown Madness 2 is the training school. The main “gimmick” of the game is that you can drive in either London or San Francisco and for their time both cities are pretty substantial in their side. There are many different game modes on offer here so there is a great deal to keep you busy.
